Chef Hasanal joined Lemongrass Restaurant in Waterford Ireland in
2005.Graduated in Diploma of Culinary from iTaR College Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.Was joined Queen Elizabet somewhere in years 1999.After his finished his service with QE ship he has joined a several hotel in Malaysia,Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur,Crown Princess Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur .Later on he moved to Tai Thong Restaurant Group for 5 years.In Shroom Fine Dining and Star oyster as Senior Chef de Partie he has worked together with Executive Chef Melvin formal from Shangri-la Hotel beside than Chef Melvin he has worked with one of the famous Italian Chef, Chef Federico Michieletto at Santini Klcc Kuala Lumpur Expertise in Fine Food,Western and Mediterranean.Now his working as Sous Chef in Lemongrass Waterford Ireland.Chef Hasanal was won a Medal in InternationalFood Festival Competition.Chef Hasanal a young man in age of early 30's have a lot of experience in culinary.With a good commitment and performance Chef Hasanal have very bright future in this industry.This young man believe with good discipline and work smart can bring him to high level in his carrier.
