My Thai Restaurant opened in somewhere 2005,Busy Asian Restaurant which been Lead by Chef San from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.My Thai which serve mix food from most of Asian country.Most popular food is Ayam Masak Merah and Udang Goreng Berempah.Another 6 Malaysian Chef's who work together with Chef San.Malaysian Chef who's work at the My Thai Restaurant are Chef Ronald,Chef Saad,Chef Fadli,Chef Jai,Chef Romzie and Chef Azizah.They are the Chef's who ensure the food serve in the high standard and good hygiene.My Thai Restaurant located at Beacon Hotel Sandyford Dublin Ireland.The Photo above have been taken after the busy valentine night.To all the team we are wish you all the best.MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!!!!!

Chef Johari from Georgetown,Penang,Malaysia now working at Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel in Westport co Mayo Ireland. A formal student from Ittar College Langkawi Kedah,Malaysia in Certificate of Eastern & Western Culinary Art.Joined Ferringhi Beach Resort when he was 15 years old as a part time Kitchen Helper.After finished his college Chef Johari joined Cititel Hotel Penang Malaysia as 3rd Commis Chef in 1999.Later on his promoted to 2Nd Commis Chef in 2000.In 2002 Chef Johari has joined Offshore Petronas Carigali as Western Chef.Later on his joined Japanese Ship Kuroshio II in 2002 as Western Chef.Early 2003 he has joined Worldwide Placement Solution Mediterranean Ship as Chef De Tournant.End of 2004 he has joined Lemongrass Restaurant Carlow Ireland.Chef Johari very dedicated and have a fully commitment toward his carrier.Chef Johari expertise in western,eastern and sauce created

Chef Azizi Ahmad


Chef Azizi Ahmad from Alor Star Kedah Malaysia working in Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel at Westport Mayo Ireland.He has got 1st education in Culinary from Itm Terengganu Malaysia.His graduated in certificate of Culinary.Then he has further his study at Culinary Arts Centre Penang in Diploma of Professional Chef Training.His has joined Babylon Bistro Penang Malaysia.For the 1st time he has join 3rd Inter Chef Competition in Penang Malaysia.Later on his moved to Kuala Lumpur and joined San Francisco Steak House Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.In end 2004 he has joined Lemongrass Fine Food Ltd.Chef Azizi has won Certificate of Merit Open bar class and Educater Daily Hygiene Winner in Senior category Chef of Ireland Competition year 2005.

If we are going to West of Ireland,You can meet with 2 Young Chef from Malaysia who work in Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel.Both of the chef's have been work in Carlton Group since 2006.Chef Johari and Chef Azizi are responsible to ensure the food in high standard and in good quality.Both are the only Malaysian Chef's who work in Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel.They are work together and hand to hand with other Irish Chef and European Chef.It are great combination team.All the chef in the Hotel work together as a team.A great teamwork from all level chef in the hotel.

Chef Hasanal joined Lemongrass Restaurant in Waterford Ireland in
2005.Graduated in Diploma of Culinary from iTaR College Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.Was joined Queen Elizabet somewhere in years 1999.After his finished his service with QE ship he has joined a several hotel in Malaysia,Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur,Crown Princess Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur .Later on he moved to Tai Thong Restaurant Group for 5 years.In Shroom Fine Dining and Star oyster as Senior Chef de Partie he has worked together with Executive Chef Melvin formal from Shangri-la Hotel beside than Chef Melvin he has worked with one of the famous Italian Chef, Chef Federico Michieletto at Santini Klcc Kuala Lumpur Expertise in Fine Food,Western and Mediterranean.Now his working as Sous Chef in Lemongrass Waterford Ireland.Chef Hasanal was won a Medal in InternationalFood Festival Competition.Chef Hasanal a young man in age of early 30's have a lot of experience in culinary.With a good commitment and performance Chef Hasanal have very bright future in this industry.This young man believe with good discipline and work smart can bring him to high level in his carrier.
